Key Responsibilities:

• Government relations: Responsible for the overall planning and coordination of key internal and external resources, including the EU and Hungarian governments, embassies, and industry associations, to clear obstacles for factory projects and the company's development in Hungary and create the most favorable operating and development environment.

• Policy breakthrough: Responsible for the systematic construction of the political environmental monitoring and government relationship system, regularly visits key department heads, the core goal is to promote the government to solve specific problems for the project, and strive to issue substantive support policies that are beneficial to the company, including relevant regulations and sales support policies related to the construction project.

• Leading the implementation of projects: Fully responsible for promoting the implementation of factories and other construction projects in Hungary, focusing on resolving bottleneck issues in key aspects such as government permits, employee visas, infrastructure, and community emergencies, coordinating and uniting the company's infrastructure and production departments to work together to complete the project according to the company's goals.

• Project subsidy promotion: Promote government subsidies for Hungarian projects, research and development project subsidy applications and implementation, and other related project promotion.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or above;

• More than 8 years of working experience in government affairs;

• Rich Hungarian/EU government resources, understanding of government operations, mechanisms, and culture, and high sensitivity to national policies;

• Fluency in English, Hungarian speakers are preferred;

• Priority will be given to those with experience in production and construction or the automotive industry;

• Strong observation and adaptability, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, and strong social activity ability;

• Pleasant personality, good appearance and temperament, good sense of confidentiality, strong ability to withstand pressure.
