Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to collect requirements, conduct requirement analysis and abstraction, and drive productization and market launch; participate in the promotion and operation of telematics products across the European market.
  

• Oversee the deployment, configuration and day-to-day operation and maintenance (O&M) of telematics-related software systems; support R&D teams in root cause identification and resolution of software defects.
  

• Perform troubleshooting and fault localization based on logs, monitoring metrics and data analysis, to ensure stable and reliable system operation.
  

• Collaborate with vehicle integration and hardware teams to identify and analyze vehicle-side issues, and provide necessary data support and technical feedback.
  

• Follow up on issues to ensure closed-loop resolution, and continuously optimize product features and O&M processes to improve user experience and system reliability.
  

• Conduct cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to drive the continuous optimization and local rollout of telematics products in the European market.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering or related disciplines is preferred.

• Solid foundational knowledge of software engineering, with understanding of network communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, HTTP), Linux fundamentals and common system architectures.

• Familiar with connected vehicle (telematics) system architecture (e.g. T-Box, on-board platform, cloud services) or have relevant experience in IoT or internet products.

• Basic data analysis capabilities, able to identify the root causes of issues via logs and monitoring data and drive problem resolution.

• Familiar with system operation and maintenance (O&M) processes, with strong capabilities in troubleshooting, fault localization and closed-loop issue handling. Production system support experience is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills, capable of supporting cross-regional collaboration and technical discussions.

• Strong sense of responsibility and execution, proactive work ethic, and ability to perform well under pressure.

• Product mindset and user-centric perspective, able to drive product optimization starting from user experience.

• Critical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset, able to consistently optimize workflows and enhance system stability.
