About the Job:

As a System Support Engineer, you will focus on the new energy vehicle (NEV) aftersales sector, responsible for supporting the technical needs of business departments or customers and ensuring the efficient operation of the core business systems such as DMS (Dealer Management System), SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), etc. You need to have good technical understanding and user service awareness, be able to respond and solve system configuration requests in a timely manner, and promote business process optimization.

Main responsibilities:

• System configuration support: respond to and process system configuration service requests from business departments or customers, including but not limited to account opening, permission management, parameter adjustment, etc., to ensure that system settings meet business needs.
• Configuration management: focus on the configuration management of specific business systems such as DMS, TIS, WMS, ERP, etc., maintain system stability, and optimize system performance.
• Standardized process construction: Write and maintain system operation manuals, configuration guides and SOP documents to promote the standardization of technical support processes;
• Demand analysis and optimization: summarize and analyze daily user requests, identify improvement points in the system or process, propose optimization solutions, and improve user experience and system efficiency.
• Technical consultation and support: provide professional technical consultation, answer questions encountered by users during system use, and ensure efficient and accurate technical support services.

Qualification and requirements:

• Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, preferred in computer science, information technology, automotive electronics engineering or related majors;
• Experience requirements: Minimum 5 years of work experience with more than 3 years of technical support or system operation and maintenance experience in related industries (preferably automotive industry) and fields.
• Technical ability: Familiar with the configuration and management of business systems such as DMS, TIS, WMS, ERP, etc., with a certain database or system integration foundation preferred.
• User orientation: Have a good user service awareness, be user-centric, provide professional and patient technical support, and ensure user satisfaction.
• Communication skills: Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate smoothly with business departments, customers and cross-functional teams.
• Language skills: Fluent English speaking and writing skills, able to support global or cross-regional business communication.
