We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at BYD Hungary. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with international stakeholders and contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on sustainable innovation.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our HR team, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from role intake through to onboarding handover

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies

• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, and talent mapping

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support rapid business growth

• Coordinate complex, multi-country interview processes across different time zones

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey

• Conduct screening interviews and provide professional hiring recommendations

• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting, and compliance in HR systems

• Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment events

• Collaborate closely with HR colleagues on onboarding and recruitment-related projects

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment

• Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities

• Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously

• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office

• Fluent in English and Hungarian
